ADMINISTRATION OF EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

Preparation of the documentation, covering the review of information issued by the Agricultural and Livestock Service, backing up the products fulfilling with the condition of export. Issue of Departure Approval Certificate and Zoo-Health-care Certificate by FRIOFORT S.A., which is required by the Agricultural and Livestock Service with the goal of certifying that the products stored fulfill the conditions of harmlessness established in the HACCP, declared by FRIOFORT S.A.

ADMINISTRATION OF IMPORT DOCUMENTATION

Preparation of documentation, covering the review of information of issued documents by the Agriculture and Livestock Service, by Customs that backsup products fulfilling the condition of admission to the Country Scanning of documents (guides, invoices, packing list, income statement, certificates of customs destination, pick up manifest, Regional Secretary of the Ministry of Real State certificate (Seremi) request, all carried out by the staff of FRIOFORT.

Manteinance of containers connected to three-phase plugs for maintenance of the products

CHANGE OF SECONDARY PACKING

Change of secondary carton to a new one (carton for carton)

CAPTURING INFORMATION OF CARTONS

Covers the capturing of the barco of the carton, through a laser pistol.

WEIGH-IN OF UNITS (CARTONS)

Process in which cartons are weighted individually so as to know the specific weight of them.

WEIGH-IN OF SUPPORTING UNITS

Process in which the supporting units are weighted (pallet, bins, etc..)individually so as to know the specific weight of them.

PICKING OR ASSEMBLING OF PACKS

Movements of products implying the separation of products to be embarked, according to the information sent by the customer (Amount of containers, Products, Kilograms, Batches, etc.).

POSITION OF FILM

Reinforcement of the pallet, so as to avoid the loss of its structure and logistic form

REGISTER OF LOADING VIDEO

Registers all the operation of the loading either of a container or of a truck.

PHOTOGRAPHIC REGISTER

Register through 1 photograph the requested facts, cartons, shipments, etc.

TEMPERATURE REGULARIZATION

Normalization of temperature per ton of products received over the level of temperature to be hired.

REPALLETIZING

Disassemble of supporting units, which are transformed into new supporting units with higher or lower amounts of containers (cartons, trays, bottom of cardboard, etc.)

REMOVING THE LABELS

Consists of taking away the labels of the packing units (cartons), for the later labeling.

FROZEN TUNNEL

Service of Frozen applied to fresh palletizing products getting into and out of the tunnel of frozen without suffering transformation in its shape, only in the state of the products.

POSITION SEPARATOR OR REMOVING SEPARATORS

Consists of putting a plastic plaque separating the packing in Pallet as this is assembled (leg to leg). Used for the best wind trip in the tunnel of Frozen. Or, the taking out of this plaque.

REPACKING OF PRODUCTS

This process consists of changing the grammage or packing of the original product to a minor or major.

TRASFER

This process consists of taking out the product from a bins and transfer to trays, for example, to freeze in tunnel.

CONTINUOS FROZEN

Covers the production in continuous line of the frozen product.

PEELED

Covers taking the skin of the fresh product out.
